Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. The Platform is intended for business and professional use. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration;
• Keep your login credentials confidential; and
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

film.mystage.ai is a self-serve platform that produces AI-generated marketing videos. You choose a template, complete a short brief, and our automated pipeline — with human and customer approval steps — produces a short video for you. Outputs are generated by artificial-intelligence systems; while we work to deliver high-quality results, AI output can contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing each video before you use it.

"Your Content" means everything you submit to produce a video — including brief answers, brand details, photos, footage, and voice samples. You are fully responsible for Your Content, and you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all rights, licences, and permissions necessary to submit it and to have a video produced from it; and
• Where Your Content features a person's likeness or voice, you have obtained that person's clear, prior, and verifiable consent. Likeness and voice consent is recorded at upload time.

The following is strictly prohibited. You may not use the Platform to produce:

• Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent;
• Content that impersonates a person or uses their likeness or voice without consent;
• Content that is harassing, hateful, or harmful, or that violates third-party rights.

We may review, refuse, or remove any content or order that violates these Terms or applicable law, and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach them.

As between you and us, you retain ownership of Your Content. Subject to your full payment and your compliance with these Terms, you receive the rights to use the final videos we deliver to you, including for commercial purposes. We retain all rights in the Platform itself, our templates, models, software, and underlying technology. You may not resell or redistribute the Platform or attempt to extract its underlying models or prompts.

• Videos are purchased per order, or using wallet credit, or under a subscription plan. Pricing is shown before you pay and is charged in euro (EUR).
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
• Subscriptions and any committed plans renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation instructions in your account.
• Wallet balances and any promotional credits are governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase and have no cash value except as required by law.

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time; and
• Restrict or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Any rights or fees accrued before termination survive.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100; and
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold MyStage (and its officers, directors, and affiliates) harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from Your Content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated (for example, by banner or email) and, where required, you will be asked to accept the updated Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Privacy Policy and Sub-processors list form an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform you consent to receive electronic communications (emails and in-app notifications) from us.
